There is a lot of noise, noise of division, anger, hate, rage, lies.  All of the noise is exhausting; it’s causing anxiety and creating aggravation and weariness.   It’s so loud that it’s as if there are a million gongs and clanging cymbals.  Sound familiar?  I Corinthians 13:1 talks about this.  Here is my revelation, why all of this noise?  There is a lack of love.  The toxic ringing is exposing the state of mankind apart from the love of God.  It is revealing the hatred in people’s hearts and the absence of peace.   All of the spewing of garbage is Satan unleashing gongs and clanging cymbals so that love can’t even be heard.  It’s his plan to cause destruction.
As believers in Christ, what do we do?
* Love in words and action
* Pray hard and consistently
* Mind our tongues (we can’t be part of the resounding gongs and clanging cymbals)
* Keep our eyes on our King 
* Hide His Word in our hearts 
THE CHURCH has the ability to carry His presence and glory.   I encourage you to be the change that is God’s heart for the earth which is His Peace and His Love, transforming lives.

This weekend we had to get a new credit card because someone had stolen our number- Yuck, Yuck, Yuck, such a waste of our time.  We came into work Monday morning and had 5 major leaks in our office with mold already growing and had to send a team member home to work. Our transmitter is down at 1 of our towers and we are being told that we will be off the air with our antenna viewers for several days.    BUT....................
We know God's name and our trust is in Him.   With all of this going on, God is still doing cool stuff: We have been getting new production contracts (Yay! Increased Revenue), Connections that are literally blowing us away (Definitely Divine), this morning God gave me the beginning of our new devotion book that Brian and I are writing (Can't wait to get that written), and we had a sweet testimony of how God is using Brian's book "Holy Crap, Finding God's Presence in Your Pain" to help someone walk through a terribly dark time (What the devil intended for evil, God uses for good).  
Things may be hectic, dark, messy, BUT God does not forsake those who seek Him.  Keep your eyes on Him and make time to be in His presence.  His power WILL be displayed!
